I play in marching band, please elaborate as I haven’t played one jazz song.

in jazz, players usually have a “swinging” rhythm to their playing (different time signatures over the rhythm section). sometimes this doesn’t happen.
(oh and because jazz uses chromatic notes I could’ve said “what do you mean ‘play on time and the right notes’ this is j a z z)

the 11’s i bought are epic, and for some reason i can do massive 1 and a half step bends on the low E easily.
the high E, though. it’s ridiculously hard to bend for some reason. i swear, my fingers are dented.

Well when they actually are well made and has a unique element or plot, that's fine, but most have about 3 sec. of work.
Of course, it sucks to have a idea for a better RP but you can't figure out the details...

the guy who started the bet says, “OK, you’re a bassist and he’s a bad guitarist.”

the two are in shock that he got it right, then hand him the ten dollars they each bet.

As a musician, I am proud that I actually get and laughed at that joke.
